VOLCANO Vape Shop - Kalihi — Attraction in Honolulu

I been to other shops reffered by friends/fam. One of my friends reffered me to e cig city in kalihi, only because i really liked his snowwolf mod. When i finally went there to check out the place? Dude the guy there had/has no customer service personality watsoever. He even has that “duh” look on his face like he doesnt want to be there. Never even greet me n my sisters or said ANYTHING! When i did ask him questions? He looked irritated! He was just RUDE period! I was like u know wat? Lets go somwhere else, where theres actually humans working 😂. Service was terrible. Came in after 4 other people and saw that they were being helped by one salesperson. So, I waited my turn. After the last person left, one more person came rushing in and was helped immediately while we were there still waiting for the salesperson. After 10 more minutes I go up to the salesperson named Kai and asked him if we could take a look at the juices really quick and he tells me “Sorry just a minute” and I ask him if it’s first come first serve and he replies with “I didn’t see you guys walk in”. Honestly, after reading the other reviews prior to choosing this store, I thought this was gunna be a pretty good store. When I arrived I was greeted by store manager Todd. He handed me a flyer of all the merchandise on sale. A lot of it was juice and he knew quite a bit about the juices he sold. Unfortunately when we turned to the tanks and mods his knowledge of even his most popular device was lacking.
