Hopewell Community Park — Attraction in Hopewell Township

It's a nice enough park.

My biggest complaint is that despite no smoking signs, adults still smoke right next to the playground equipment. Not really the parks fault, but it is disappointing that the people who use the park are inconsiderate.

Secondly, is that the toddler equipment is tiny. Like personal home use sized. And it's right next to the full sized set so an adventurous toddler wants to go do that instead. But literally none of the steps or ladders are sized such that a toddler can manage to get on without a lift up--but none of the tubes, slides, etc. are too advanced to really warrant the deterrent. Due to this issue we don't frequent often despite it being one of the closest parks...

Park has always been a favorite of mine and for my boys when they were small. They do a pretty good job of keeping it clean,which I love. There is a playground,a creek, a pond for catch and release fishing, ducks and geese ( watch your step ,lol) a stage for entertainment and trails to walk. I even love going there for all kinds of nature photos. You can rent out pavilions for Graduation parties,Birthday parties or even family reunions. It's also non smoking.
