Is this Heaven? No, it's Aliquippa. I'll uh what? Don't worry about it--Just know this place is AMAZING! It was packed full of games. So many wonderful, wonderful games. The really old (pinball) machines are usually tremendously boring to me, but even some of those were tempting enough for me to play during our visit--interesting features, subject matter, layout, etc. There were also plenty of newer games. So many games. Enough to keep your flipper-fingers busy for several hours, maybe even a day or two. I was impressed by how many "new-to-me" games were there. I've played a lot of pinball machines, and visited so many arcades. Yet there were quite a few I had never even seen! The nostalgic feel of the familiar ones was cool, and so was the great fresh feeling of playing a new table. The place was full of games, but the spacing between the machines is perfect. I never felt crowded or uncomfortable--even when playing pinball right beside a stranger also playing pinball. When we visited, there were very few (maybe 3) non-working machines in the whole place, except for the displays. I encountered only a handful of weak flippers and minor game lights out throughout the arcade. That is seriously amazing. The man working there when we visited was great. A couple of times when we managed to get a ball stuck, he quickly fixed it for us. He also offered to answer any questions we had, and his sincerity made me feel like he really had all the answers. He was also very patient and accommodating when talking to our kiddos. The decor was spot on, and the temperature wasn't noticeable--which basically means it was perfect. There were lots of cabinet video games, interesting shooting games, a few driving games, and some unique playable vintage games with lots of moving parts in addition to the main attraction of pinball machines. There are lots of "milk crates" and step-stools with good height for kids (and probably other not-so-tall gamers) to utilize while playing. The cost is pay-one-price (2 hour or all day) for admission and the games are all set on free play. It was odd, yet strangely magical, to be playing in an arcade without a pocket full or quarters or tokens. The whole place is a museum, but there's a roped-off corner with some machines that's more like traditional museums. You can read facts about the machines and see the exposed interior workings of some games. Pretty cool, especially if you've never seen it. The man working at the arcade had offered to tell us more about the display--we had planned to do that, but before we knew it, we had been there all day and the arcade was closing! Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time, and I hope we can go back soon. For us, it was an excellent value...
Read moreThe absolute best place to play pinball and classic arcade games in the Pittsburgh area. The sheer amount of classic tables is incredible. Going here takes me back to when I was a little kid and the arcades were dark and mysterious, illuminated only by the machines and their sounds.
Compared to all the other places around to play pinball, you can’t beat Pinball PA. $40 if you want to play ALL DAY (two hour and group rates are also available, but there’s so much to play here that two hours can go by fast). No one else has any deal close to that with the huge selection of games featured here.
All the tables are well-taken care of. I didn’t play any with dead bumpers or loose/stuck flippers. And the classic video games? Wow! I hadn’t played Death Race since I was a tiny kid, and they have it here! Space Zap, Night Driver, all those crazy electro-mechanical games, shooting gallery games, baseball games, you name it. It’s all here.
Take your kids if they love gaming and have never experienced an arcade. Introduce them to a literal history of pinball and video games. I’ve been here a couple times so far and I’ll be going more. Just a one of a kind, incredible experience for gamers...

I suggest arriving just before they open, we got there and were able to witness all the machines firing up at once, pretty damn impressive!
I've made a 3 hour trek twice to spend the day, well worth the trip. The 2nd time I brought my 16 year old son and his friend, on the way home they asked when we are returning. Grab your kids, a couple of your buddies and make...
