Ordered Italian hoagie (Italiano), NO onions, XTRA Tomato. Recieved Italian hoagie, EXTRA onions, NO tomato.

While ordering: After explaining for 15 MINUTES that I have a coupon for bread sticks and 2liter for $5.99, and having Valerie (alleged shift manager) argue that she doesn't see that coupon anywhere, I just asked that the food be ready at pickup any I'm bring the coupon .

First thing I see when walking in the door is a huge stack of flyers with the EXACT COUPON I described countless times over the phone.

She didn't appreciate when I showed her the HUGE stack of coupons in front of the register.

Valerie asked the guy cooking to "handle 'THAT' ", gesturing to towers me. (Ummm excuse me?! I'm a person, not a "THAT"! )

The gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. Competed the transaction and I left.

At home , I see the order is WRONG!

I called, (20 min later) asked for the cook (by name). I'm told he's not there.

The employee then identified herself as Valerie, the person from before, and refused to fix the error and then goes off about her feelings regarding the earlier interaction. Refused to refund the item, or even correct the mistake. Said the general manager, if contacted, wouldn't refund either

They can argue or disagree with any of this, but I don't mind posting the recordings (or transcripts) of the calls,...

What a letdown, Well, placed an order for delivery at 12:15. The gentleman on the phone told me it would be about an hour and a half, I wasn't in a hurry so I told him that's fine with me. Ended up only getting here in about 35 minutes. Judging by the tone in his voice I'm assuming he quoted me a long wait time in the hopes I wouldn't order. So sacrificing quality and revenue in the hopes of closing up shop lead to the saddest most greasiest soggy lookin breadsticks I ever seen & tasted. And the pizza could have used a couple more minutes in the oven. Next time call off or ask your boss to not work nights or if it was really busy don't take any more orders or if I'm fine with the wait don't rush it. Because now when I think of you guys I picture these drenched soggy pathetic dough things u call breadsticks. What a letdown. I can't let myself waste my money to order...

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I recently decided to give them another try after not ordering from them for a over a year due to a bad experience and absolutely no contact from the owner or corporate after filling a complaint. Today I wanted to place an order for 6 large pizzas and 3 orders of breadsticks. Tracey scoffed and said oh my god when I asked to order 6 pizzas. She said she needed more notice for such a large order. I managed at a National pizza chain for many years, 6 pizzas should not be a big deal to make.
