i took our Ragdoll Loki in to be groomed and bathed. The first time Gio let me come back and watch, because my cat was a Ragdoll, who had NEVER been around other animals. When I took him to the vet I was always with him, he was in his carrier and covered with a blanket on the outside so as not to overstimulate him because he was so timid, gentle and afraid. I told this to Gio and the other girl that worked there. I took him in a few weeks ago and he had a "spell" when we got him home, he was having trouble breathing and shaking. We finally got him calm and feeling better, but I reminded them again that he shouldn't be around other animals, especially dogs. I took him in Sat. May 17th, 2025, I noticed when I went to pick him up there was 2 dogs just really tearing up the place barking in the dry room. The girl brought out my baby and put him in his carrier. By the time i got home (5minutes) and took him out of the carrier I could tell something was bad wrong, he was shaking, struggling to breathe and making sounds like he was in pain, plus he was drooling blood. He had no marks on him that we could see, I think what happened was he sat in that room for almost 2 hrs drying with those dogs raising hell and I think it scared him so bad he had a heart attack. He died 30 minutes after we got him home, in our living room , at least my wife and I were both there with him to say goodbye. I'm broken hearted and angry, I told them he couldn't be around other animals, but I guess they didn't take me seriously and now our baby is dead, no warning, no sickness, just fine one minute and dead after he...
Read moreI liked the salon and the location from me but unfortunately I won’t be back. It was a running joke amongst my family when I brought the babies home that they didn’t get baths at the groomers. Well unfortunately it was very obvious this last trip that neither of them got baths. They always send my babies home doused in these strong perfumes that they tend to not be a fan of, that was our first sign. I have taken them multiple time and this just seems to be a trend with them. One of my babies went to the vet a couple of days after being groomed. The veterinarian made a comment on how dirty the ears were still, she advised me to let the groomer know, but I was too embarrassed to tell her my baby had just been groomed. This last time I dropped them off I made a comment about their ears. She let me know that they do the best they can. I’m tired of spending full price for grooming and the fixings for my babies to only be getting clipped. I also was stunned one day to pull up to the salon to pick up my babies to see no one was there. I called and called and called. Finally they both pulled up next to me. Both of them, they left my babies and whoever else’s that day alone in the shop, gosh forbid there would be...
Read moreI took my dog in for his first day at their dog daycare. I was a horrible experience for my 3 month old puppies. He left home playful and happy. My sister and I pick him up after 6 hrs. to only pick up a puppy that was shaking , very quiet and not his energetic self. Once we got home; I took him in to eat and ate like he hadn't anything to eat at all. While he was walking over to eat I notice him kind of limping; but I saw a bandage fell off his paw that he was licking. It made me look at his paw to discovery a large scratch where the skin was attached off on the side of his right paw. Also in between his right paw was a cut. My fur baby just laid around for 2 days not being himself. The lady at pickup was that he might be sleepy and tried because he played with one other dog. There was no mention at all of his injury to his right paw. It was truly heartbreaking to see him like that. I was so very sad that his first visit was disappointing for him. Not only did I pay for daycare; but for my baby to get a bath.Let me tell you that he smell the same as when we took him. I will never return with my fur baby and I will tell you seek out another paw spa that are professional in...
