Hot Springs Nail Spa — Local services in Hot Springs

This past sunday my normal salon was closed so i ended up going here to get manicure. Let's just say it was traumatic. There's five pictures attached to this. The pink french tip was what i originally showed the lady and she began to do it... The color below the pink was a light pink instead of a natural tan, so i asked her to just cover it up thinking it would make it a little better, it didn't. The shape was extremely pointed compared to the almond shape in the picture. I'm not great at confrontation so my mom called her telling her how bad it turned out and the lady blamed the shape being different because of me wanting her to color them in.. which doesn't change a shape. After that she started blaming it on she fact that my nails were too little to shape correctly. After my mom continued on the phone, she said i could come back in to get them fixed. I came in today with my boyfriend and asked for the milky-white ones instead... thinking it would be easier. Instead of her being professional, she kept blaming it on my nails being too small for the reason she kept making them pointed instead of round. She then had a pink holographic color instead of white and i asked her to fix it and she kept telling me she wasn't going to, saying i can't expect her to match the picture because my nails are again, too small. I was just fed up and said it was great just because i wanted to leave. She then made a big deal shouting to my boyfriend "be my witness she said she likes them" and continued being rude. Glad I don't have to go back again, it was honestly the worst nail experience i've had. Horrible. Cant forget the fact that they charged me 70 dollars...

I’m giving two stars just because the lady was nice. I like trying different nail salons in the area. This was one of the worst so far. The salon has a strong smell off cat pee and needs a good deep cleaning. I was actually scared for them to use anything on my cuticles for fear of infection. Lucky for me they didn’t do that. The pedicure was the worst I’ve had. The new nail tech (I think she’s new?) didn’t really know what she was doing. Did not cut my cuticles on my toes, clip them or anything. Just washed my feet and slapped, and I mean sloppily applied, gel polish on my toes. Then she put two cold wet towels on my legs.. that was unfortunate. No lotion or anything. I also got a full set of nails done as well. The new girl was tasked with removing one last nail I still had. The grinder thingie kept slipping and catching my finger, that was painful.. then the main lady did my nails so fast I didn’t realize how bad they were until I got in my car and actually looked at them. They are all cut crooked, and none of them are the same length. I did like the shape.. they were just soooo crooked. She also did not cut my cuticles at all.. which is one of the main reason I get my nails done. But again thank goodness she didn’t because everything was dirty. The design I asked for she did her own thing with which was not my style, but I went with it because I didn’t want to be rude.. i know I know.. after I went to wash my hands the sink area was disgusting and there was a bottle of cuticle oil I guess to use?? But it was covered in dead flies that were stuck to it.. super gross. The price was total about $200. The nails fell off a week later. Go...

I paid for a $70 pedicure that included a scent box 6 hot stones, paraffin wax and a 20min massage. I got 2 hot stones for not even a full minute on each leg then she rubs a ton of lotion on me and puts my feet in the wax wrapped my feet with hot towels and then sent me out the door without a massage. Isn't that the whole purpose of getting a pedicure is to have your legs and feet massaged?? Idk how you would forget to massage your customer but I sure didn't receive the 6 hot stones and 20min massage. I can't believe it honestly.. no massage? Really? Waste of $ didn't even get the dead skin off where I asked her to either.. there's gel polish all over my toes 😩 it's just bad.. I just wanted to have a relaxing pedicure and I got ripped...
