I am in a wheelchair with limited transportation it is the only grocery store close to my apartment every time I go there the sidewalks are blocked so I can't get up to the front door I have reported it to the manager and they are very rude saying that got so many other things they have to do they can't keep up with the buggies three times now I have gotten halfway home and noticed they didn't put all my food in the bag that I had purchased by hand me my bags to where I can't work my wheelchair and get irritated because I'm trying to put them in my backpack so I can work my wheelchair and leave they don't offer to do it for me they put two things in a bag so I have 20 bags with two things in in each one which is impossible to carry so I have to rebag things too I've tried to explain to them but I can't possibly carry these things the way they have begged them I have a backpack on my wheelchair for a reason and these things will fit in it if they want me to do it in a speedy time they could put them in the backpack for me I tried to pull over to the side to do it out of the way but there's just too many bags with only two things in each one rudest people for the disabled in wheelchairs no access into the building for wheelchairs because they won't keep the buggies off the sidewalk so you can get in the front door also Vehicles pull up to the sidewalk and the front end of them hang over the sidewalk to block it to wear a wheelchair cannot fit between it and the wall and window of the building they won't do anything about that either this is the only place I have ever had these problems at other than that the prices are ok there was a few times when they first open that I got some spoiled meat and had to return it they were really good about allowing that it was just the pick 6 I stop getting those and the meat that's not one of...
Read moreMy daughter walked all the way to the store like we do all the time cuz she does not have a car she has two children one is 8 months old one is 2 years old. When she got there she told the lady that she didn't know she'd have enough money to get the soda so if she could wait until after she got the soda or the rest of the food and said the lady put her sodas on the floor when she got done with her purchase she said can I get one of the sodas please and the lady told her to go to the back of the line. I don't know about other customer service places but I have went over my budget before and was not able to pay for them but I have also went over my order and was able to pay for them. In this case she had the money for one more soda and asked if she could have it and the lady told her to go to the back of the line with two children when I called Cash savers the lady was rude with me and I told her it was not right what happened and then she tried to tell me my daughter left and came back but she did not I asked her specifically to her face and she said she never left the line I know many of times that I have done the same thing and never gotten sent to the end of the line. So in this case I believe the customer service is being a bad rapper then it is because the customer is always right that is what I was always taught when I did cashiering. Anyway while the lady was yelling and screaming at me I told her I was going to call her boss and have a nice day when did customer service...

An all-around great store, thieves are warned: this ain't the place to try shoplifting! Lots of praises to those in charge of its security; the neighborhood is one of the higher theft-related crime areas of town, but Cash Savers' loss prevention and security is on point every day, catching and prosecuting a huge percentage of would-be shoplifters, thereby keeping already low prices at rock-bottom! Good selection of all grocery items with excellent generic pricing and representation. And the produce department's selection will surprise you for an old-school, smaller grocery store. For the frugal and budget-minded grocery shoppers, it's hard to beat...
