This is a nice trail with scenic views, and we only came across others down near Goat Rock, although they didn’t seem to know what the rock was because they were coming from a different trail. The trail doesn’t round out or have a way back to the top, so if you want to get back to the parking area you’re required to go back the same way you came from. From a creamy white to shell pink and dark gray even black. A mix of native Arkansas trees; Ash, gum, Persimmons, Ponderosa pine and a few species of Oak. Keep in mind, when you enter Goat Rock trail at the top, you actually end up on Gulpha Gorge trail, which brings you out to the park road to walk back up to the parking area.
