Park Place Apartments — Local services in Hot Springs

I gave this a 2 because everything was going to good until upstairs neighbor moved in. Quiet hours are 7pm-9am me and my daughter both complained and nothing has been done only because they lied to the manager and said that we were making noise and we are sleep at night or try to sleep when ever is possible. We had proof and the only proof they had was lies saying we we was keeping up noise. And there is never a manager on site anymore, Mole in the bathroom, and management is hard to get ahold of me and my daughter just waiting on the day our lease is up. I would not dare spend another dime on this place ever again this for pass 2 years has become one of the worst place I ever lived...
