My apartment flooded at 12@ and all they did was bring me a mop and a broom and say there’s nothing I can do unless the landlord says I can. The landlord mike even called the maintenance guy and told him to leave my place to go to Little Rock. And said he will not prioritize my flooded apartment over other requests. So I now have code compliance coming to look at my apartment they have now crossed my lease. In my lease states any problem must be fixed by the landlord. Least must I say do never I mean never rent from this slumlord...
