#1 Hair Salon — Attraction in Houston

I decided to do something different with my hair and wanted to go to this salon because my past experiences from years ago, were so great. This trip to the salon was not so good. I was bounced around from chair to chair between three different people. The one who blow dried my hair was so rough, she kept hitting me on the hood with the blow dryer, yanking my head, and also hitting me on the head with the flat iron. It was like she was in the rush and really didn’t want to do it. On top of that, the color that I requested is not what came out. I’m sad that I didn’t get the beauty salon experience. I was hoping for considering the amount of money I paid. Left: what I asked for. Right: what I got.

The stylist did mention I can go back after a week and she would make it darker. However, with my last experience, I don’t...

Went for a women’s haircut. Very polite and attentive staff. I randomly chose this salon because the one I used to go to shut down, and this had high reviews and was in my area. I never write reviews but Christian (who cut my hair) deserves it. He was very kind and attentive and cut my hair exactly as I showed and described even in spite of a small language difference. (Rarely have I ever gotten a cut exactly as I wanted.) He definitely has an eye for what is considered stylish and has several years of experience. I 100% recommend him. The lady who typically does nails - I didn’t get her name - assisted and was also very kind and polite....

Horrible place! I asked her to do layers and she didn’t even separate hair, the hair looks absolutely horrible. There IS A WHOLE PIECE MISSING! I asked her to do my hair in a v shape with layers AS IT IS BEFORE CUTTING. She cut my last layer half an inch and said she’s done, told her what about other layers and she told me I didn’t tell her then she proceeded to cut my hair AND ITS A MESS! This place was amazing before but this new management is horrible. Don’t bother to come here unless you want to have to grow out your hair and then cut it....
