Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Houston

It was a busy day and I completely understood but after waiting in a stall for 20 minutes for an order placed an hour ago it was made clear they had no intention of helping me whatsoever. I decided to then go to drive thru since it seemed like they only cared about helping customers there. They asked for my order and I let them know I placed an order prior and they told me to pull forward. Once I pull forward AFTER 40 MORE MINUTES I was then told to call and get a refund bc their system cleared my order and they won’t be helping me. Terrible service. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food resturant due to the plethora of choices to choose from. However, I have to rate it a three at this location for several reasons. First, the grill was inoperable due to a malfunction. I believe it was the second time this happened from my last visit. Very disappointed. Then, the price is extremely high on what I ordered, it wasn't a full meal with a drink. For $11USD, I can go to a restaurant and order the entree for that price.
