I was debating on posting this review but I think people should know what kind of operation this location is running. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE! About a month ago, I purchased a 2018 Tahoe from San Antonio. I went through pics and was given the option to have it delivered for $800 but had 5 days from the date of purchase to bring it back. I proceeded with the purchase and decided to drive it back myself. I drove 3 hours directly after work with my two little ones, I walked to the front desk and told the two men that I was there to pick up a 2018 Tahoe and I was coming from San Antonio. They said they didn't know anything and stated San Antonio didn't tell them anything. I knew immediately that was a lie because I had called San Antonio prior, and they stated Houston knew I would be heading their way. I asked one of them if they could go find out. The other guy who was sitting down said for me to walk over to service and go ask them myself while he continued on his phone. I stated I'd wait until the other guy came back and he said for me to have a seat because they don't do anything. I waited awhile and called San Antonio and advised them of the situation. Shortly after I got my keys and I asked the guy if this was the truck because it was not the one pictured on the website. And he raised his hands and said" idk call San Antonio, they're the ones who sold this to you." The tires were bald, the side chrome on my back passenger door was broken and all these lights were on the dashboard, the keys were missing buttons, there was no gas. I then asked the same guy if he could help me take the stickers and add the paper plates. He said " we don't do that, I'm just a finance guy and walked away." I was so distraught and disappointed at the lack of customer service this location provided. It had started to rain, and I did my best to peel these stickers off but they wouldn't budge. I immediately took pictures of everything and called San Antonio but I was terrified knowing that I'd have to drive back to town in these bald tires that were on the SUV. San Antonio reassured me they would take care of me upon arrival but to send them pics and they advised me it would be safe to carefully drive back into town. I took off straight to a gas station filled up and headed straight to San Antonio in the rain. On the way I swerved twice because it was raining so bad I tried to pull over and slid on the shoulder. Then 75 miles almost to San Antonio I got pulled over by a State Trooper because I had no plates and with stickers. Thank God I made it back to San Antonio and Auto Nation had me bring in the vehicle immediately. These guys were able to fully inspect the truck and confirmed my suspicion about Houston. Auto Nation in Houston had purposely switched my tires into some raggedy old ones that were all different brands, barely met inspections and in the process damaged my tire sensor. The check engine light came on a week later after 5 days and I had to get my catalytic converters changed out. They bought a vehicle from someone and didn't do their proper inspections either but posted it for sale. I tell you all this because I want to bring you awareness next time you go into buying a vehicle from this location. Do your homework and screenshot the posting online because I guarantee you, when Houston knows it's a sale they will switch out your tires and add them to the next truck for sale. Please be careful. It could've been alot worse for me and my two kids had something happen on the way back from Houston but one thing for sure is I'm glad San Antonio has been handling everything for me and my family. They made sure to hold Houston accountable for the lack of inspection and replaced my 4 tires at their expense. I tried filing a complaint on Houston but it seems like even upper management has yet to reach back out to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!Next time shop online and just make the drive to San Antonio at least there you wont get scammed and get your tires switched or your...

Title: Outstanding Car Buying Experience with Marcel and Zo!
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Marcel, my car salesman, and Zo, the financing representative. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was met with professionalism, honesty, and a genuine desire to help me find the perfect car.
Marcel – A Salesman Who Truly Cares
Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but Marcel made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. Right from the start, he took the time to listen to my needs, preferences, and budget. He wasn’t just trying to sell me any car—he was determined to help me find the right one. His knowledge of the available inventory, features, and trim levels was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions, making sure I understood every option.
What stood out the most about Marcel was his honesty and transparency. He never tried to upsell me on unnecessary features or push me in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. Instead, he guided me through the pros and cons of each model I was interested in, helping me make an informed decision. He even took the time to demonstrate all the features of the car I eventually chose, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience feel less like a transaction and more like a conversation with a trusted advisor.
Zo – Financing Made Simple and Stress-Free
After selecting my car, I was introduced to Zo in the finance department. Financing a vehicle can often be the most daunting part of the process, but Zo made it completely seamless. She walked me through every step, explaining all my financing options in a clear and straightforward manner. I never once felt overwhelmed or pressured into something I wasn’t comfortable with.
Zo took the time to break down the numbers, ensuring I understood my loan terms, interest rate, and payment plan. She was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and making sure I was confident in my decision. Even when I had concerns about my budget, she went above and beyond to find a financing plan that worked perfectly for me.
One thing that truly stood out about Zo was her ability to make what is often a stressful process feel effortless. She was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also warm and personable, which made signing paperwork a breeze. She even took the extra step of ensuring I had all the necessary information about warranties, maintenance plans, and insurance options without making me feel like I was being sold unnecessary add-ons.
Final Thoughts
Thanks to Marcel and Zo, my car-buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. They turned what can often be a stressful and time-consuming process into an enjoyable and rewarding one. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every step. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Marcel and Zo—you won’t be disappointed!

Read moreI had one of the most unprofessional car buying experiences at AutoNation USA Katy while trying to purchase a 2018 Fiesta ST. This was a complete waste of 5 days, due to poor communication, disorganization, and questionable business practices. Before making my final decision, I called ahead, letting them know my mechanic and I were en route to inspect the vehicle, which they advertised as something they welcome and allow. They told me to “come on in.” When we got there, they suddenly “couldn’t find the keys” to the car, which wasted my money as well as 1.5 hours of our time, while my salesman George, “searched for the key”. The next day he followed up saying “key guy is on the way to rekey the ford”. Hours later they “found the key inside of another vehicle.” I called and they said they only have one key for this vehicle. Major red flag and lying considering key was remade, and one was found. Ahmed and George, the salesmen I worked with, were either unprepared, new to the business, or simply untrained, as every question we asked required them to consult with a manager. Also their sales manager “doesn’t talk to customers”. To top it off, someone had taken the key to my trade-in vehicle home, causing even more delays, they searched the store for that too, resulting in me asking if they have a key log, ultimately waiting an additional hour for a manager to bring my key as it was at his house. They could not tell me the log activity of the fiesta st key on their lot when I brought my mechanic, even sketchier. I know keys should be in a safe, not in someone’s pocket at home, and I don’t even work there. Even worse: I found out their warranty starts the day you sign the paperwork, even if the vehicle is sitting in their shop for repairs for days or longer. That means your warranty is being used up while you’re not even in possession of the car. That’s unacceptable. Raheem, one of the finance managers, tried to smooth things over by verbally offering me a 1-day warranty extension after the car was repaired, so I could get it checked out by a shop myself due to all the issues I experienced. But when I asked him to put it in writing, he refused. That kind of vague, verbal-only promise is worthless, and frankly, it made me lose all trust in the dealership. I also noticed other customers visibly frustrated in the showroom, clearly this is a pattern, not a one-off situation. Car buying should be stress free and the staff should make you feel comfortable, no uneasy as they play angles on you. In the end, I drove my trade in off the lot, in which the doors were left unlocked to my arrival after sitting on their lot for days, and went to Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake, where I bought a 2017 Focus ST, a alot better of a car, and they gave higher value on my appraisal. That experience was the complete opposite smooth, transparent, no hidden fees, and my bank valued the car higher than their asking price. AutoNation’s pricing, was above bank valuation, and they refused to negotiate. AutoNation USA Katy needs to be looked into. Between the sketchy warranty setup, poor service, and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you want to avoid wasted time, broken promises, and potential financial headaches, do not shop here. I’m so glad I did not purchase a vehicle from this company and recommend everyone reading this stay away from their inventory, even if they have your dream spec. I can foresee extreme headache with any repairs, bring back, warranty, or finance situations dealing with...
