Golden Adventures Private Shuttle Service — Attraction in Houston

I reached out a few weeks ago to get some pricing for some transportation for a trip we are planning in January. They were super responsive and gave a good rate. We are still planning what we are doing and when we are coming in for sure. I let the person I was texting know and that we were interested but it would be a few weeks before we could nail any plans down. They were fine with that. They then followed up a couple days later. I reiterated that we were still planning and I didn’t have anything solid yet. I let them know I would reach out when I had more solid dates and times. Again they were good with that. A couple days later they reached out again. This time I was a little more stern that I didn’t have plans yet and that I couldn’t booked right now. I would reach out in a few weeks. They said they would note it. A couple days later I received another follow up the same as the rest. I finally said I wasn’t interested and no one was listening to my messages. I asked to be removed from their list. 3 days later the same follow up message came in. I was shocked. I screenshot the previous message and asked to be taken off of their list again. I explained that the follow ups are overwhelming and nor one who is messaging me is actually listening to me and/or notating my account. That person apologized and said they would remove me. Tommy and Lily were outstanding providing transportation for my family and my daughter during her wedding weekend. With family coming in, staying at a central location, I wanted to provide a shuttle for them to/from the rehearsal dinner. After contacting Golden Adventures, talking to Tommy, I felt comfortable with the arrangements made. Tommy was early and available with his shuttle for several trips to/from as requested. The day was fantastic. On the wedding day, I made the arrangements to have my daughter and a couple friends transported from her home to the wedding venue. Then, later in the day, the groom and family. Lily was prompt and a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for more. Tommy is a fantastic young man and I wish him well on his business journey. We were traveling for the first time with all 4 of our kids. The youngest being only 14 months. I didnt want to haul a car seat all over our trip especially since I didnt book a seat on the plane for our toddler. Golden Adventures assured me they would have the correct car seat installed in the vehicle for our toddler. After a little miscommunication we discovered they didnt have the correct rear facing seat that our toddler needed. I was worried about her facing forward in the one they had so they went out and bought a brand new rear facing convertible car seat that would fit our toddlers needs. It was a pleasant surprise when i got the text before boarding our plane. They were timely, pleasant, and got us where we needed to be before our designated time even with some severe traffic.
