King Best Mall — Attraction in Houston

Went to A R Audio for some stereo + speaker equipment (the entrance closest to the construction area---and business to the corner-left when you enter the doors). Had everything we needed. Spent $900+. My issue was that the gentlemen that assisted us, took issue when I asked for an itemized receipt of my purchase I told him for $900+ of MY MONEY, I'd like an itemized listing of what I purchased for my record (that's how most business transactions work, right?). They had insisted that I had gotten the best deal, when I asked for any discounts. My response, was, then there should not be any issue itemizing my receipt. FINALLY after we went around and around....they hand wrote the items and what they charged me---not on the receipt but a seperate sheet of paper!!. It came out to be $30 dollars more---to which, they said..."see, I took care of you". Maybe it was a cultural thing??? Surely there must be more places to do business. I'm usually leary when a business posts "no refund, returns or exchanges"...maybe because of the area and it being a Flee Market. WON'T do business with them in the future. The whole experience with A R Audio did not leave me trusting their business practices. The overall Flee Market was VERY COOL!! Will go...

Very unprofessional. Place is koo. But the audio shop..... they have a. Shop around the corner too..... let's see..... Owners/employees+ family are on drugs, brother just got out of jail and the other is in on parole so they're str8 ripping ppl off their hard earned $ to make a quick buck; plus still supplying synthetic marijuana && won't exchange parts knowing they gave u the wrong 1 bkuz they put NO REFUND written in hand... (NOT professional).

A quick buck is not worth someone's life. DWI brother is a ALCOHOLIC//DRUGGY so, like I told the officer I'm ready to be tested is he ? And how have the audacity to tell someone I give u problems lol that was the 2nd time I seen u in my life u knew MEEEEE I did not ever know a giant ike u.

if you're spending $ like that..... kings audio is really NOT the place to get equipment from 💯, my avalanche going elsewhere; where I know my warranty is effective god forbid something happens.

I always go there for the Flea Market. I have been going to the Flea Market for years. I go to one of stands that they sell jewelry. Very good price excellent Gold and Sterling Silver. I have never had a problem with any jewelry that l have bought through out the year. I purchased 2 rings there today. I do have a problem with the handicap parking spots.There are cars parked in the spots. None of the cars have placards showing they are for handicap people. To let people know. There is security inside the building. I'm handicap and have to park out in the parking lot. It takes its toll on me to walk from the parking lot to the front door....Security just sits on a chair.
