Crepes By Us — Restaurant in Humacao

DISCLAIMER!!! They do not make real crepes. They make hard "crepe cones". So if ur expecting a soft crepe just remember this. Food was decent but incredibly slow to come out.

LoL wow, that's your response? First of all we were not rude from the beginning, thats just you trying to discredit my review. The only thing you did wrong initially was false advertising crepes, no big deal. That's why I gace you a 2 star because you also took it off our bill (now it's a 1, wish I could do 0). But now you respond by calling us rude retards?

Since you want to go that way I'll explain how everything went down. We ordered cofee and asked if the waitress could move the direction of the air conditioner because it was blowing directly in us, she says yes. 15 minutes go by, another waitress introduces herself and ask what we want. Ok... Ahh we told her we had already ordered. Then we get the coffee and had a friendly chat with the waitress about how you made the designs in your coffee (we still weren't rude, on the other hand your establishment is lacking at this point). 40 min go by and everything comes out at the same time even though your waitress asked what we wanted out first (the crepes). Ok so everything else was great but the crepes because they aren't real crepes, they're street food hard crepes pretty much made for ice cream. Cool... NOW we complain, an HOUR into our meal. And you come over and patronize us on how crepes are made.

Look buddy, you're not going to make it by responding the way you do to customers. I was still gonna come eat there and recommend it, but then you had to call us rude retards. Good luck buddy, you're...

Sub par food quality here... Their ham here is basic store bought that tastes quite bad. Eggs taste very fake as if they are cooked with a very cheap oil .... On top of all of theses issues their crepes are not crepes ... Real crepes are soft and not crispy in a cone.... When this is done it changes what the food is called.... The "manager" if you could call him this was very rude and could not comprehend the difference between a right and wrong crepe ... Told me in a very rude manner that I was in correct because he pretended to say he had traveled to France and this is how they do it.... Wrong ... And very ignorant to the different foods and what they are called.... A little hint to their manager there ... The customer is always right and exspecially in this instance .... What u do as a manager shines on the business you work for and this manager sure did shine a terrible light on this place... Very glad this place will go out of business with there attitudes and sub par food quality ... Remember customer's pay the bill to keep these places like this open and glad it will never get...

The atmosphere is very nice as is very quiet where you don’t have to shout to have a conversation. The service is good. The food tasted good and it had a good presentation. Coffee was good, but not hot enough.

Why one star? Because the cleanliness appeared to be good, but when we’re almost done with our food there was a roach under my wife’s plate. We immediately stopped eating. We call the waitress a nice young lady with red hair and pointed to roach that was crushed dead. She immediately removed the roach by using two napkins. The juice was more than half full. There was no offer from the staff to exchange our plates or food. Not even clean up the table or sanitize it.

We waited a bit and, I decided to call or waitress to checkout. I asked her if the red hair waitress told her about the roach? She said, “yes she did.” I was looking forward to eat in that place all week. I was hoping for at least the manager to approach our table, but no one came. Very disappointed about that.
