A few years ago, the rolls were amazing and were a nice size, however they have drastically reduced the size and taste. In addition, as others say, customer service is horrible! The lady made a mistake with my order, never accepted and wanted to charge us to fix the issue. Also, she never added the 4 roll deal, and said “since I didn’t ask for it, she did t apply it”, what kind of service is that? She was rude and condescending with this arrogant attitude. They are losing a lot of customers, everyone I ask has similar complaints. If they don’t take care of the customers, the ownership will have to make serious changes. If she would have accepted the changes (giving the customer the benefit of the doubt) and would have offered me the 4 roll deal with a customer friendly attitude, I would definitely repeat.
