Scammed me. I paid $1970 for 3 AC units to be installed. They never installed them even after 3 weeks and an extra $100 paid to them for brackets (never delivered). They still have my money and now my bank is involved in a dispute with them. I do not have installed AC units which means if my money is not refunded and the bank is unable to retrieve the money, I will be suing for lost time (2 proven appointments where they came out and I had to take off work, and they accomplished nothing). I bill at $2,000 per hour for my consulting services and so I suppose we can have a judge decided how much compensation I'll be receiving for the lost time. Don't do any business with this company. They are nice to your face until you start asking questions as to why they can't seem to get a technician out to do the job, you even though you paid weeks before, and then they get nasty and accuse you of insulting their technicians (and that's the reason you are going to steal my money) when you ask why they keep coming out and not installing the units or not having the brackets or not having the voltage protectors. Lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia . primero llamo para preguntar cuanto sale el arreglo del puerto de carga de mi celular y me dicen con todo mano de obra sale en $49 y le pregunto lo tienen disponible para llevar el equuipo a reparacion me dicen que si. llevo el equipo, a las dos horas me llaman que busque el telefono que no lo pudieron arreglar por que la pieza no la tenian que la tenia que mandar a buscar y que tardaba varios dias y que se me iban a cobrar $69 por el trabajo y yo alego que me habian dicho primero que la pieza la tenian luego que abren el celular que no y me querian cobrar otro precio a ultima hora me cobraron el precio inicial y mandaron a pedir la pieza, cuando me percato que el altavoz del telefono no funciona y estaba funcionando cuando lo entregue , llamo el tecnico me dice q cuando llegue la nueva pieza que funcionara. resulta llega la pieza les llevo el celular cuando lo paso a buscar el celular no lee el simcard al final no me arreglaron el telefono cuando pruebo el altavoz no funciona le reclamo eso y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada pero le indico que por que lo traje es por el puerto de carga que el altavoz servia bienen y me dicen que ya estaba defectuso que si quiero tenia que comprar la pieza original. yo le digo que entiendo pero que se supone que me entreguen el telefono en las condiciones que yo lo entregue en este caso con el altavoz funcionando . al final se negaron a arreglarlo me tuve que llevar el telefono mas dañado que cuando se los lleve y no me brindaron una alternativa ante su irresponsabilidad. tristemente ellos dañan las cosas y tengo que aceptar la palabra de ellos a por que yo souy el tecnico y es como yo diga esa es la palabra que me dijerpn, creo que ante una situacion como esta deben ofrecer alternativas que ambos ganen por que yo entiendo lo de la pieza debe ser original y que cueste mas pero ellos deben entender que el altavoz funcionaba y debian hacerse responsables asi que no...

To start they lied about the financing and told us we would have 1 monthly payment and it ended up being 2, when it came to delivery they did not give a date or time.
