Staples — Attraction in Huntington Park

I visited this Staples twice. The first time I was cheated out of my money even though I tried to get the young lady to go over my receipt with me. I called in and spoke to the manager Kim. She was very short with me and was not apologetic at all. I came into the store and she did give me my money back but, again she was not very apologetic, was not very friendly and seem like she felt as though she was doing me a favor. The last time I came in the experience was pleasant with the representative that assisted us. It was a short conversation but she was friendly. Some of the staff is friendly but the management should work on their customer service skills. I would give the store three stars but I think that how a store is managed tell a lot about the type of service you will receive there.... I would never recommend anyone visit...

I just left the store and my experience was such a good experience that I'm leaving a comment in the parking lot before I leave I was helped by a lady named Lily like the flower she was very patient in knowledgeable I couldn't tell you how much of a blessing this was I am scrambling last minute to finish up for an event that I am throwing on Friday and needed these last minute things I thought I was going to have to visit a few different stores to get it done not only did she help me but with her experience she was able to guide me to the things that I did not understand I would definitely will be using this store and this store alone in the future. Print shop hours need to be updated, showed up at 7:45 pm and was told that it was closed since 7. Store closes at 8, running a little late on a Monday evening I admit. I couldn't find where this is stated, I drove over 20 minutes to print a large file since the self service machines always get stuck with this size. Luckily the self service machine took the file after loading for several long minutes, had it not take then I would've been in trouble. Props to the employees that kept their cool with me throughout the process. My reason for this review is to inform other customers of this and for the store owner to take notice of incorrect...
