Clean, small and quaint. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and their cakes they buy at the Amish Farmers Market is sinfully scrumptious! Fresh churned butter, jellies, juices, pickled and several natural healthy sweet treats to choose from. Prices a reasonable and for those Huntsvillians who receive vouchers, they are accepted here. So you can feed your babies healthy organic foods. I was a little disappointed that the eggs were not fresh from the Amish Farmers Market like the other items. However, if you'd like to know where you can get grain fed, free roaming chicken eggs that were naturally fertilized the old fashioned way,.where the yolk is beautifully orange and tastes out of this world, Just message me. They are a bit pricey at around $5 a dozen, but well worth it if you're eating a fried, boiled or poached egg and not wasting such a treat to put in a cake where the taste is masked through other ingredients like sugar! lol! . It is not a grocery store, so business would not be taken away from this wonderful place and it certainly is not my intention. Just some people really are looking for the very best to nourish their bodies...

Bottom line: I come for fresh produce and THAT is what I get, not always perfect but I examine all my produce before I buy it so I usually don't get surprised. I love the place, but your mileage my vary depending on your own actions (or...
Read moreI visited this place for the first time the other day... I was pleased by the selection offered but the girl working the cash register was rude and seemed annoyed to be dealing with people. The mini pecan pie I purchased had bits of glass in it... no, I'm not kidding... even so, I came back a few days later looking for Christmas presents for my family... the Christmas event was over by 3pm... and the figurines they had for sale... were broken. The wreaths, poinsettias, and crosses were overpriced... Aside from the candy, I see no point in coming back. Maybe hire some people that like working with the public and stay open a little later...? I came out ready to buy and nothing was left. I don't think we...
