Trackside Mall — Attraction in Idaho Falls

Poor business practices!!! My 16 year old daughter made a purchase at this location with a tag that said 1936 telephone. She put it on lay-a-way (illegally as she's a minor) and when she brought it home I confirmed that it was only a reproduction. We went to trackside to get the seller's information due to false advertisement. They refused to give it to us or refund the purchase. I know you have to be careful but the managers were rude and very unhelpful. They proclaimed that there was no way they could have known it was a reproduction. The business practices are horrible and they disavow any knowledge of the laws surrounding their business. No one in our family will be shopping...

Totally disappointed! We are traveling thru from montana and love to shop for antiques. This store is advertised open till 6pm we arrived at 5:30 and there was a closed sign up. We were about to leave when some people came walking out of the store we asked if we could come in and a man replied no! We had no customers for two hours so we are now closed. We tried to tell him we are just passing thru but he continued to put the closed sign back up and walked back into the store. To bad for this place we will not come back...

This place is a treasure trove of exceptional and unusual finds. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in there and look forward to future visits. The staff was so kind and friendly, and they were very easy to talk to. If you find yourself with a few free hours, stopping by here will be a great way to fill the time.
