This is an amazing little play house. I believe that it is a converted 'Fraternal lodge' of some sort. The local theater group has updated the HVAC quite well. Previously, it was a bit cold and damp - like most occasional use buildings on coast are. As of March 2019, it was dry an warm, even on a rainy day. It will make a huge difference for summer productions with the addition of the AC. I am looking forward to an evening of cool and pleasant live theater. The lighting and sound system has been upgraded as well over the years, which allows the cast to be seen and heard much better. I am sure that this will help to bring in larger audiences.
