I recently sent documents through the mailing services of Clarkston Office Max. Brian assured me my shipment would arrive at my location not only on time but earlier than expected. I was hesitant since my documents were completely time sensitive but trusted he knew what he was talking about.
My items did not arrive at the time “guaranteed”, nor did it arrive the day I needed it to. When I called office max I was told it was usps fault and contact them. Office max didn’t even notify the USPS of my express mail until the next evening. The USPS stated office max had misinformed me of information regarding my shipment and that they didn’t take into account the additional charge for express on weekends and holidays. Thus causing the late shipment of my documents.
Maybe if the employees at this location were more concerned about helping me mail adequately, which is the job of a shipment center, and less concerned about reddit posts (their topic of conversation at the time) my documents would have...
Read moreBought a $500 Serta Hensley executive chair as a Christmas gift at this location. They have a robust selection/show room of chairs and desks. The store is actually one of the few stores of its kind that you can go in and actually find what you need and not have to order it online. Well, there was some minor cosmetic issues with the chair, so I had to do an exchange. Let me just say, that Dakota the manager and Sam whom I believe is a sales associate, provided me with beyond Five Star service and care during my transaction. I couldn't ask for better professionalism and knowledgeability between the two of them. In retail you don't find people high caliber, intuitive folk like this often. I hope corporate can read this, or regional, and know that they have some diamonds working at that location. I would highly recommend shopping there to anybody....
Read moreI had a book with a binding that was cracked with pages falling out so I took it in to have it spiral bound. It was a thick book and the spiral wasn't quite big enough so some of the holes were ripped when we picked it up. After writing an in-house review, the sales manager contacted me with ideas to resolve it. I was pretty impressed with his willingness so I took it back in along with another book that needed attention. Thank you, Haydn Peterson for resolving the issue on the first book and also the second. I'm a frequent customer and will remain one.
