I honestly would give it 0 stars if I could. First off it took 10 minutes for someone to finally greet us. We placed a drink order mailbu and orange juice double tall and bacardi and Coke double tall. When we got our drinks, it was barcadi and orange juice and Malibu and coke. We about threw up when we had a drink of our drinks. 1 out of the 4 waitresses finally asked us if everything was okay and we told her what was the issue and she fixed it. I just got a water instead because I wasn't taking the chance of it being messed up again. Then we waiting another 10 mins for the 1 waitress who orginally took our order come over. She is long blonde hair, about 5'9" in height. She asked what was wrong with the drinks and we told her. She like that's impossible I poured them myself. I'm like no they were wrong it's fine I got a water instead. She then continued to argue with us about the drinks. Placed our food order. She comes back because she was too busy talking to other customers and forgot our order. Food taste very bland. Chicken alfredo sauce is out of a can and the chicken doesn't have any flavor to it. You cant even taste salt on the chicken. Bacon cheeseburger mac and cheese was okay. Hamburger is bland, no seasonings at all. We got the bill from a gentleman, it still had the Malibu on it which I know he didn't know. Then another waitress came over and corrected it. As we are waiting for the waitress to bring the correct bill back, the blonde waitress says loud and clear as day well they will be leaving a zero anyways so it doesn't matter.
We will not be coming back here again. Very disappointed for the first time coming here. I suggest you not even waste your time. They need to do something with their staff. If the owner wants to reach out great, but if not, I'm not losing...
Read moreI went to the Tap yesterday, a Saturday around 2-3pm. I sat outside, it was beautiful and the outdoor seating at the Tap is great on a sunny day. I went with my girlfriend and friend. I asked for the sliders, my girlfriend wasn’t very hungry so she got a small plate. We each had a drink also. I was a little surprised to get a bill back for such a high amount for what we had gotten. Let it be known I would’ve had no problem paying that amount, had the food been worth it and the service been above mediocre. When asked to explain my bill the “manager” rudely blurted out “you already ate all the food” like I was trying to eat and complain so I didn’t have to pay.. lol. No, I was confused how 3 sloppy sliders, a half cooked side of fries and some chicken tenders was worth what I paid. When my server came back she said she had taken $3 off my bill but wanted me to know she wasn’t trying to be a “shyster” and that her manager had yelled at her. I was appalled and let that server know as a manager myself that was no behavior that should have occurred. I didn’t give anybody an attitude, I wanted clarification and I’d have happily paid my bill and left. Long story short I ordered something of their old menu, who knew that they had a new one! Nobody told me, so I got up-charged basically, it just would’ve been nice for a heads up. How this situation was handled by the blonde woman managing was absolutely appalling. I would be embarrassed if I were her for taking an attitude with a server over a miscommunication, she was clearly more upset about than I was. I hope that server knows she could make better money and get better treatment at properly managed...
Read moreI used to love this bar but the last two times I have been there I have been more than disappointed. A month ago my girlfriend and I went there at 6ish on a Tuesday for dinner. The waitress walked past us several times, schmoozed with other customers and the cook but even in a slow bar couldn't seem to take a drink order. After 15 minutes another couple sat in the booth next to us, the waitress walked up to them before they were even seated and asked what they wanted to drink. We walked out livid. Last night we went there and the bar was pretty busy but they had 3 on the floor and one person in back. We sat right next to the bar. It took us 10 minutes to get our first pitcher. After we finished it the empty pitcher and our glasses sat empty on our table for another 10 minutes before my friend had to go up to the bar and get it refilled. Then once that one was empty we timed it... 15 minutes after all our glasses were empty, and after a waitress bumped into our empty pitcher twice the bartender finally asked if we wanted anything. In an extremely busy bar this is understandable but it wasn't extremely busy, they had more staff than bars twice their size would have and we watched the servers cater to what seemed like regulars as soon as their glasses were empty - and they were already wasted and loud so it ruined the atmosphere.
