Eyes By India 10th street — Attraction in Indianapolis

I go to lash by India sometimes so I decided to read the comments. Looking over the comments I agree with a lot of them. The lashes come off really quick in about a week. You asked for a certain type of lash and they basically do all the lashes the same. They don't sanitize, I may be wrong but I've never seen it. When I get my license done at Walmart they stay on for about a month but with them they come off in about 5 to 7 days and they start lifting really quick. I noticed one comment where the lady was very unhappy and they reached out to her and said that they would fix it. I remember when this was first put here & opened. I used to come all the time & get my lashes & brows done. But then I moved out of the neighborhood & started going to Eye Style on S. Emerson Ave (Love that place). However I was over this way today so I figured I’d stop in & just get my brows threaded. There were a couple of ladies ahead of me, which is fine, I’m a pretty patient person. But while I waited I couldn’t help but notice the mold smell & how dirty this shop now is compared to when I used to come here. Y’all sure let this place go. This is the second time I came back only because my grandma recommends them. $21 for a pack a a half for them to not last 24 hours. And they charge $5 to repair. No exceptions. Customer service is okay but if you are aware the lashes don’t last. Go away with the repair fee. lashes stay on for 2+ weeks when done at a Walmart. Smh This location was just closer. And see pics.
