BUYER BEWARE! 9/10 TIMES YOU ARE BEING FOOLED/ROBBED IN A CLEVER WAY! I took in My washer and dryer set to get serviced and they where sold âaccidentallyâ and owner lied and said that they where damaged and burned up in an electrical fire đ so I proceed with âwhat are we going to do about this situationâ and owner (Julio) didnât apologize or offer any money and offered me some other older uglier set that owner assured me that I would have no problems so I took them to be a nice forgiving person and once I installed in my home doesnât work and when i notified him about the washer leaking oil and water he replied with a nice expensive price to fix this washer that he offered. So once I caught on to the scam I preferred to discontinue to keep doing business with such person and company DEFINITELY DONâT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! AND WILL NOT RETURN! Update the dryer also went out just in two weeks the band was old and one of the wheels to help it spin also broke. So I can tell they never serviced the machines that he offered to me.    Read moreSaved by the extraordinary effort of Gonzalez Appliance. Called on a Saturday am with an emergency refrigerator issue. After 8 weeks of home warranty screwups (First American Home Warranty) the last repairman had removed the door gasket and the new part did not fit my refrigerator. He had to reorder the part and it was back ordered. Without a door gasket the refrigerator cannot cool. On Friday they were suppose to return to refit the original gasket. Never showed, so I called Gonzalez for help Saturday morning.
Once Angel heard what was needed she got a repairman that was not already booked for the day because it was his day off to come by to do the job within an hour. This was an extraordinary example of outstanding customer service. A dozen other repair business could not be bothered to help an emergency situation on a Saturday. Thank you Angel and Gonzalez...

Original post...Not happy. I hired Gonzalez Appliance back in January to fix my dryer. They came out and surveyed the issue, ordered the part, came and installed. While "D" was here, we mentioned our washer was acting up and could he evaluate. Not only did he, he fixed it. Great, right.....not so fast....
Only problem is I have been trying to get a receipt and can't. I've called and emailed....to no avail. So....I paid over $500.00 and no receipt, heck no answer.... what's up Gonzalez??
