7-Eleven — Local services in Indio

It’s understandable that with it being new there will be some things that need to be worked out. But i would assume one would be prepared. The location is beautiful but they seem to never be prepared for certain things. Constantly out of things… and they are kind of in a busy location. All pumps were bagged but two. I assumed safe to go to one of them. I loaded $ to my 7/11 wallet.. $20 to I could prepay fuel through app. I went to pump and nothing came out. I guess something was wrong with their system. I went in to ask and she didn’t really know what was gna happen to my $20. That She said she ran out of bags and had a blank expression when I suggested she put a sign up on the other two pumps so it doesn’t happen to others. At the moment it wasn’t that big of a deal, especially bc I got my $ back quickly. But the next day 7/11 updated amount from $20 to 40 with my bank and I am not sure why. I called 7/11 customer service and waiting for them to get back to me as to why it would...

With this visit it’s the 4th and final time I will be coming here due to having to leave because they don’t have the food I want. When it first opened it was doing good and it was clean. I would drive the extra 5 minutes to this location just because of that reason. Now it seems like the food isn’t ever restocked in a timely manner. There’s no cleanliness at the food stations. Every single time I come 2-3 or the workers are huddled laughing and chit chatting behind the counter. It seems if I ask for help it’s an inconvenience for them. Today they didn’t have ice for the soda machine and same thing food wasn’t restocked. If it keeps up like this I don’t see this location maintaining their clients. I will be returning to the 7/11 on Jackson & 44 even if it’s outdated they’re always on it with having food and cleanliness. To the owner: you most definitely need to retrain these girls that you employ because it is your business after all and money...

I have never been treated worse in my life, a blonde haired woman at this location treated me with the utmost contempt. At 10:25 P.M. P.S.T. I was simply trying to purchase q few items and this woman completely disregarded me an instructed her inferior to attend me. I have never been treated with such contempt and insolence. Both cashier's where gossiping about myself in spanish (which they assumed I did not speak). This is by far the worst 711 I have ever been too.
