First of all let me say I will néver bash a black owned company. I am speaking of MINE, and my family's experience alone. My daughter was found dead on July 19th, 2024. She passed away in her sleep. We did NOT call them out they came out. It was originally planned for my God brothers in-laws funeral home pick her remains up. Well Joseph showed up and they took her away. I'm located in another state so I couldn't get to my dad and my daughter. Joseph called me that Monday to ask me what our plans were for my daughter. Everything was done over the phone as I couldn't immediately leave and get to California. We were in agreement as to everything. Well when it came time to have my daughter's service Joseph was no where to be found. They had the life insurance money and everything. This went on for a few months. Calls weren't getting answered and I had family and friends calling me about a memorial service for my daughter. I had to end up going to the funeral board just to get results from them.
