I’ve been here for kybella and a few VI peels in the past and the experience was good besides the bedside manner being so poor from Doctor Ahdoot. I decided to get my lips done here (not my usually spot but they were having a deal) when he finished my lips the nurse never checked in with me to see if I liked them. After he left and the nurse came to check on me , I was on the verge of tears because one side of my lip was bigger than the other side, I said I’ve had my lips twice before this and they’ve never been uneven before I leave. They both kept repeating that it’s smelling and that it’ll go down but if not come back in two weeks. Well I came back in two weeks wanting them fixed and Doctor Ahdoot had the worst attitude about it, saying basically how he’s wasting product because all he wanted todo was poke me 3 more times and he thought it was good. Wasting product because of your mistake is NOT my problem. Saying to me that my lips were uneven to begin with, doesn’t that mean you let me leave with them still uneven? They mention to come back a 3rd time but who in their right mind would do that?! I shouldn’t have to come back after the 1st. Why make the problem more visible…..My top lip is STILL uneven and for paying $533 for these, I’m extremely disappointed and will never come back or recommend this place for anything considering they made the whole experience unpleasant. Extremely unprofessional. I’m fighting for my money back through court at this moment since they would not give me my itemized receipt for the help of my bank.

Update: Sharona Ahdoot points me out to be such a villain and act like she or her husband(Dr Ahdoot) never did anything wrong. It’s baffling. If I’m so wrong and greedy and a liar and this and that, than why is there plenty of others that have wrote bad reviews on yelp about Dr.Morris’s work? Other patients have had bad work done or bad experiences with these two. I’m just the one who took things to justice because you can’t keep treating your client like this! Sharona Ahdoot please continue to make yourself seem like you’re such a victim and I’m the villain in your story because over time while you guys continue to do bad work, time will only tell who’s actually who. Not taking 1 little piece of responsibility of your actions is very concerning for your business. Please also tell me how I can be so evil and try to get my money back for the wrong reason when I’ve been a loyal customer in the past getting VI peels and Kybella and never fought for that back. I’ll give credit when credit is due but when you admit to offering to fix a problem and it’s still not fixed, prepare to be exposed. Then sue for your money back. Very greedy. I will continue to shout out Luv Aesthetics, Nisa, the injector who did correct the very noticeable uneven cemetery of my lips. Good luck on your company,...
