This place has gone downhill since the pandemic. They are more concerned about giving less service at a premium cost and charging more for rent at the expense of your health and safety.
There are HUGE roaches EVERYWHERE. They come from inside your plumbing! For example through your sink, your bath tub, your garage, and climb into your house from your open porch. Exterminators can only spray chemicals that work for a brief time. Rats!!!!! They are so brave now they cross your path when you walk during the day. There used to be rabbits. They were smart to leave when they switched to cheaper vegetation.
They used to put Christmas holiday lights around the trees at the entrance. Not anymore. Doggie bags dispensers are empty regularly. The security doors have been broken for years. Food trucks used to be something to look forward too. Gone. Exercise classes. Gone too.
The computer center is supposed to have paper stocked daily. Good Luck! And try working there when its hotter inside than outside.
They used to provide a daily service where their role was to make sure animal waste was off the grass. That service has disappeared. Instead you have large piles of animal waste daily to welcome you if you decide to take a stroll.
The neighborhood and its facilities were immaculate before the office was moved. Now it is a shell of its former self.
They have a huge junk pile of kitchen appliances and trash right next to the homes of renters who pay an extreme amount of money to come home to what now looks like Sanford and Sons junkyard!
They approve and assign multiple parking permits to homes who have more than four cars and do not enforce to have two of the cars in the garage. While so called managment plays favorites and chooses who can get a permit. And assign permits to work trucks and full size quad cab trucks. Or assign permits to homes with two cars while their garage is full so they park outside. These methods will not solve the parking problem that management themselves are creating. A simple solution is start over, be fair, and allow each rental unit one permit pass. This is not rocket science.
Instead they have tow truck drivers circling the community. The whole point to live in a community and pay the high rent is so that you did not have to experience the feeling of having to see a tow truck circling your community. This begs the question why are employees of Irvine Company that live here with their full size suv's some with cut off mufflers that can not fit in a garage be fair and park across the street??? What kind of passive agressive managment decision of hypocrisy is this??? This does not evoke a feeling of community at all.
New fire lane signs all over place that no one will obey because there is no red paint on the curbs that people understand and will follow.
Management offers cheaper leases to new tenants while increasing the rent on current tenants when their lease expires. How is that logical or even fair.
They allow people to park on the wrong side of the street daily by the pool and the clubhouse and on corners where it is difficult to turn creating blindspots.
The community is supposed to be a smoke free place. What a joke. Walk around anytime of the day or night and be careful taking a deep breath.

After all the issues we experienced, we followed up multiple times by email â no one replies. Itâs like emails just disappear unless you show up in person.
Now weâve found spiders all over the apartment, including one that looks like a black widow. This is a serious safety concern, and still no urgency or proper communication from the office.
The property manager, Natalie, acknowledged these issues in person and verbally committed to providing compensation for the delays and impact. However, after that conversation, we received no written confirmation or follow-up, despite multiple polite email reminders. All communication has since been ignored.
The lack of basic response, follow-through, and pest control is unacceptable.

To this day, the apartment is still not livable or safe: ⢠Main entrance door lock is still misaligned and hard to lock â even after they âfixedâ it. How can an apartment be delivered with a broken front door lock? This is a serious safety issue. ⢠No working shower â the head is broken and the switch wasnât installed. We literally canât bathe. ⢠Freezer ice maker broken ⢠Kitchen and bedroom windows still broken ⢠AC air filter and window spring ânot available in our sizeâ â are we the only special unit in the entire community?? ⢠Garage light still out ⢠Cabinet shelf removed and never replaced
We waited entire days for scheduled repairs â no one showed up until 6PM, only after we begged in person at the office. Leasing doesnât reply to emails, and nothing gets fixed unless you go down there and fight for it.
Weâre still paying for our old apartment because this one is not ready or safe to live in. Theyâve wasted our time, our money, and disrespected our trust. Avoid this place...
