Woodbury Community Park — Attraction in Irvine

Woodbury Community Park is a small park with not much going on. The best part of the park is the baseball field. It's huge and pretty much walled (enclosed) all the way around. We take our Whippet here to do his daily Zoomies. He runs and runs and runs in beautiful figure eights. Then he walks perfectly on his little leash for another 6-7 miles. Then he takes a nap. Most of the time, no one is around. Sometimes, he draws a crowd and now has fans who wait for him to do his Zooms. A tired dog is a good dog,...

This park is wonderful and fun and convenient... In the cool months. In the summer you might as well forget it! There is one bench that everyone fights over because it's the only spot with shade. Birthday parties here in the summer are not well shaded and everyone ends up at "the bench". If they added shade structure and/or more trees it...

Great place to hang out with friends or celebrate a special occasion. My company had our annual picnic here and it was a huge success. The park is really nice. Only downside was that the bathroom was really far away from where we were. That is the only reason for the 4 star review.

Everything else was amazing! Would recommend...
