booked an appt online for 4:30

they called at 3:38 p.m. , asking if i could come in 4:45 , saying they were backed up

came in around 4:40 p.m. seated in pedicure chair 5 p.m.

at this point i was about to leave , but decided to stay , BIG MISTAKE

i sat pruning in lukewarm water technician did not begin till 5:15 p.m.

around 5:45 p.m. the male receptionist asked the technician if she was almost finished she replied, "no, she's a lot of work"

towards the end of the appointment , i realized she had over cut my cuticle I waited until she was finished with everything ,

after hot towels… i informed her nicely and calmly that my skin was irritated and bleeding I asked if she could put alcohol on it to disinfect the area

She replied, “bleeding, WHERE ?” i would know if I was bleeding… I was.

when finished, she handed me a square paper to bring to checkout at the register, i handed the male receptionist the square paper

he asked who I was …. sir, I have been in the salon since 4:40 p.m. , it is now 6:35 p.m ….. who else would it be ?

my total … u won’t believe … $72 …. after changing my appointment , making me wait , pruning in lukewarm water , talking bad about me , THE AUDACITY

when I booked the appointment online , it said $62, where did the +$10 come from ? regardless , i still tipped

i paid cash , he slowly counted the change , handing each bill to me as he counted ...

i left the salon 6:37 p.m. i had been there since 4:40 p.m , FOR A PEDICURE

i paid to have my feet tormented and harassed ,

NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS SALON absolutely insane

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE UR TIME OF DAY U...

UPDATED FOR SERVICE RECEIVED ON 03/20/19: I went back because I loved the shape and how the nails came out before, i was just unsure of the service. I made another appointment with a different nail tech, Nikki. She did a wonderful job! And helped me pick colors which is definitely one of the harder parts for me. Thankful and grateful!

ORIGINAL POST 08/2018:I'm pretty conflicted about this review, to be honest. I'll start by saying that the quality of the work on my one nail fix was so perfect, it doesn't match my other nails. Lily knows how to shape nails to perfection, and that is worth three stars alone. however, I waited over 15 minutes for lily to come back, even though i had called the previous day to set the appointment. I was coming on my lunch break, and the other employees were not giving me time of day save one girl who called Lily for me as I was waiting. That was after several minutes of standing at the register looking clueless however. They told me they didnt have nailforms even though Lily broke one out for me. I may wait a while before coming back here - I really felt like they were wasting my time in the beginning. But Lily knows...

I will NOT be coming back to this place. Apparently asking questions or suggestions is too much too handle and they are very put out by anything and everything. Long did my nails, which were so over expensive and they chipped a couple days later. I went to have one of them fixed and mentioned that there were some others that will chip and asked for just an extra clear coat. I got shot down and sure enough my $90 nails (before my generous tip) are chipping after one week of having them done. Their attitude is rude, impatient and I was nice as possible and get treated like you’re a hassle no matter what. Chloe was great and she is no longer there. So although I was nice and tried Long, he was not friendly and just was put out by being there. Another lady there who I didn’t catch her name did a quick and rip off job of fixing my chipped nail. And she was very condescending. So I spent so much money only to have my nails last less than one week. The employees need to learn to stop being rude and abrasive or else no one will go there.
