We attended the Pacific Symphony's performance of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi - Basically the symphony performing the entire musical soundtrack DURING the screening of the film. They did an outstanding job performing. Now for a review on the venue: We sat in section 103 and although it was off to the right of the stage, we had a great view. Parking was decent, in lot 2, so not a huge walk. There were various food trucks including a Chick-fil-a stand. The venue had their own built in food/drink areas - so basically really overpriced drinks, although it did include alcohol. $16 for a Coors Light in a large can. Bathrooms were the nicest port-a-potty I've ever been in. Super clean, didn't smell and they flushed. Think RV style bathrooms. I was told this is a temporary venue until they build a permanent venue. Getting out was okay, although Irvine PD just sat in cruisers talking. Would have been better if they were directing traffic on the 4 stop intersections.

We went here for the Ludacris concert, the concert was awesome. We had VIP tickets, the entrance to get in took longer then what I had hoped for. In my opinion the viewing area for VIP was way off to the side, I was not a fan. You're better off paying less for the general admission reserved area which is right in front of the stage. I was able to get my group into that section, so it turned out fine. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is the parking arrangement. We paid for VIP and you do get to park close to the venue, leaving was awful. Because we were close to the entrance we had to wait til most of the people left to get out. It's better to park near an exit and just walk the 5 extra mins to get to the venue so you can leave right away after the show.

I am never coming back here even if my favorite band is playing. Went here for Summer of Loud on July 5, 2025 and I wish they would refund me.

The stadium opened the doors an hour after the advertised time so everyone was standing in the sun for an extra hour. The security did not check everyone. They only did random checks on bags and a lot of things on the 'Not allowed' list made it through for other guests (umbrella's, misters, resuable water bottles, etc).

The event did NOT provide a water station. If you want water, get ready to pay at least $4.

The restrooms ran out of water. The area to wash your hands did not have water running and the bathrooms did not flush by the end of the night.

There were barely any spaces for shade. I had my options on pushing my way to the front of the stage, lucking out by getting a table in the back and not see the stage, or get a sunburn. When I did manage to get shade by one of the only 3 trees there, security promptly kicked everyone out claiming it was an emergency exit. I understand the need for an emergency exit but I wish that there had been better planning on the venues part to make this experience better for the guests. Even the staff was struggling with the heat on this day.

One of the artists that were supposed to perform, cancelled an hour before they were supposed to go on. I only found out about it due to social media. The main stage never made an announcement. They just carried on with the other bands in the lineup leaving the guests confused.

Overall, I ended up leaving the festival early. I understand that there are issues that are part from the festival planners and part from the venue. I do not ever plan on coming back here and best wishes to any future guests that take a chance...

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ATTENDING A CONCERT HERE FOR JULY 4th. Had tickets to the Pacific Symphony last night and exited the 405 freeway around 7:00pm (concert started at 8:00pm) thinking that I would have a lovely night with my family hearing a great concert followed by fireworks. Unfortunately, this only a pipe dream. It took me over 90 minutes to travel the distance of 1.1 miles and when we finally arrived the venue had absolutely zero parking. This was the second year the park hosted an event like this and it’s sad how poorly organized things were. They really could’ve used help from police/staff to help with crowd control/traffic and not having the parking to handle events like this (especially ticket holders of the concert) is inexcusable. Whose idea was it to make the parking for concert go rs to be the same as those at the park to attend the fireworks? Why does the Great Park of Irvine have anything but great parking/crowd control? For a master planned community I expected so much more. Maybe if attending another live event besides one on a national holiday would be much better but based on last nights performance I would be leery to attend a July 4th concert for several...

I recently attended a concert at Great Park Live, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning, with a modern design that perfectly blends with its scenic surroundings, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.

One of the standout features of Great Park Live is its food. The food was excellent, with great drink options to complement the diverse menu.

The acoustics in the venue are top-notch, making the concert experience truly immersive. The sound quality was crystal clear, allowing me to fully enjoy every note of the performance. The layout of the seating and standing areas ensures that everyone has a great view of the stage, no matter where they are situated.

Staff at Great Park Live were friendly and efficient, helping to create a welcoming environment. The ease of access, with ample parking and convenient public transport options, made getting to and from the venue hassle-free.

Overall, Great Park Live is a fantastic concert venue that excels in every aspect. From the high-quality food to the excellent acoustics and friendly staff, it provides an all-around outstanding experience. I highly recommend catching a show here if you...
