I've been going to this place since I moved to Irvine in 2021 and it was a simple sandwich shop run by two wonderful older Korean ladies. Delicious food and it made you happy just to see them. When it sold a couple months back I was sad but am happy to say this place is alive and thriving still!!! Great place to get some sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I really enjoy the hot ham sandwich and the build your own bagel. Everything I've tried I have liked, less the cheese steak. It was ok, but the veggies needed a bit more to really caramelize and build the flavor into the sandwich. I have made it a habit to go once a week with some coworkers.
