MS Slim — Attraction in Irvine

I purchased a groupon for 3 tattoo removal treatments. My first 2 treatments were seamless to schedule and have the service provided. For some reason, my 3rd and last treatment had been impossible to schedule! I have been calling for the past 2 months and am told different availability for scheduling such as only weekdays, then only certain weekdays, etc (which I found odd since one of my treatments was over the weekend). I continually have to review my schedule and contact them back with days they said were available come to find out that the new person I am speaking to will tell me they are not available. I reached out to Groupon to ask that they refund me the 1 treatment pro-rated upon my purchase since there seems to be a great deal of confusion when attempting to schedule. They asked me to have the merchant email me when I try to schedule to show my attempts in writing. I had asked for an email for todays call to show my attempts with 4 different dates provided ranging in weekday and notice period going out to January 31st. I was told that they are unable to provide this simple request. So, I let them know I would need to submit a review to provide the account in writing as requested by Groupon. It's unfortunate that this service nose dived like this. I have had a handful of tattoo removal sessions by other places and never had this type of issue. I purchased a groupon for ebenezer medical clinic & they informed me this is their new location, last time i went to their old location my facial was great (not rough at all) but this time, not so much. The facial itself was okay the before and after was the part that came across as rude though before she got started she started trying to crack & stretch my neck & she pinched the back of my neck really hard and the same thing after, usually theres a small massage with facials but i've never had it HURT & after the facial she grabbed my shoulders said all done and literally pushed me to sit up and didn't let me take my time getting up like i know im young but literally my back cracked as she did that & i told the lady at the front & she down played everything saying well, thats the korean way so maybe u should stay with western facials then... likee okay kinda rude from her end too but anyways doesn't make sense as well bc i have been there before but it was only this time that the facial...
