5 stars if you plan and reserve space ahead of time.
Few of us got together, unannouced to the city ahead of time, to play football. Very busy field on a weds. I would recommend making a reservation if you want designated field space and lights. This park has a guy on the golf cart that goes around to make sure the space you're playing on belongs to you. He still helped us find a corner to play in for the evening, which was cool off him, but it was an exception since it was getting late. Don't count on this. And if you're a city manager reading this don't bust the guy... he was reasonable without being rigid :-)

Many hiking trails originate from this QHC park. Easiest is the loop on the west side, in the middle (hiking lite) is the Shady Canyon Trail (gravel trail) and there is paved bike path taking you to Turtle rock.

If you're looking for a longer run head up the road and either stay to the right if you want a rolling paved/dirt path that's fairly challenging but well groomed and busy for that reason. If you run on the left of the road and turn onto the trail at the community center you'll hit some trails that are SERIOUSLY hilly and challenging, but much more...
