First time here and it was a pleasant experience! as soon as I walked in, the receptionist greeted me, it was very friendly, and helped me every step of the way to get familiar with the private room, and the sauna and how everything works.

It is very clean, they have water station so you can fill your water, they have restrooms, and private rooms.

An addition to the receptionist explaining how everything works from adjusting the temperature, using the TV, and adjusting the light there's also a video that you can watch is four minutes long that you can watch in your private room. What I like is that you have your own room there are hooks to hang your clothes. You also have a shelf that you can put personal items in. They do provide you four towels. One for your body one for your foot one for your face and then they have a eucalyptus towel that the end of your session you can use. so I would recommend just coming with loose clothing just easy to take off and on and then I got totally undressed and wrap myself with one of the body towels.

I did the infrared therapy and I also did the detox light. I think it was like a golden light but you can adjust it to your needs. I kept the temperature at 129 but then it increased it to about 139 and it was great. I love that I could listen to some music through YouTube app and that's what I did. I didn't feel like I can watch a show. I really wanted to relax and detox and escape from the busyness of the day. You really feel truly relaxed and it was wonderful.

At times, I did take a break to come out of the sauna cause I did get too hot but then it was just enough to come back in and enjoy the rest. It was a wonderful experience and I think I will come back and...

I've been waiting for a private sauna experience for years. I go to ones at gyms and spas but this one takes the cake. I get my own private room. I can adjust my own settings to the sauna, lights, and tv. I can even use an app to choose the time and my room (there are 10 rooms to choose from. Room 1 is closest to the front desk). The sauna is spacious enough for me to lie down and enjoy the IR lights. This sauna studio has thought of everything!

They offer 4 towels (2 dry towels, 1 floor towel, 1 wet eucalyptus towel). A refillable water hydration station with really good-tasting water. They have a super friendly staff. My intro staff member was Kevin and he even remembered me when I returned the 2nd time.

Each session is 40 minutes long. It doesn't start until I get into the sauna and start the timer. So give yourself a few minutes to set up, there's even a chair and hook inside every private room for personal items. There's a full-length mirror in the room too to make sure I don't walk out with a sweaty face. So yes, they thought of everything!

I've been here twice with more sessions in the works. This review is being left after my 2nd session.

If you've been looking for a sauna...

I'm so happy to have tried this place out! This facility is equipped with multiple private sauna rooms with a TV to play whatever you want during the 40 minute session. It even had red light therapy and chromotherapy. I was geeking out! I played music and then the last 20 minutes with a Tibetan sound bowls video I found on YouTube. Oh wow. So relaxing and felt like such a beautiful getaway. I didn't know the front of my kneecaps could sweat until this first sauna session. I sweat a bunch and appreciated that they provide two towels for the body and one on the floor of the sauna. Once my time was up, the concrete floor and cooling eucalyptus towel was pure heaven! The afterglow effects of the sauna are so real. I have felt SO good all day. It feels like I got a really good massage. I got myself a package so I can continue feeling this euphoric. I am so grateful to have discovered this place.
