I don't want to bash any small business since they had hard time due to covid and donut shops I'm sure lost much revenues for closed work places. So hopefully this is a good feedback.
I tired this place about 2 years ago before covid. A dozen donuts seemed stale and hard. I got them around 9 am. Tried 2nd time last week at 8 am. The stand was full of donuts. Got a dozen. Same quality. Tougher and harder than I used to get from other donut shop near Irvine high school.
It's just my guess but either the recipes need to be looked at or they are making donuts a night before.
Reviews giving them 5 stars I don't get it. "Fresh" donuts? Try ones from shops that start 3, 4 am and make donuts that morning. Try Krispy kream, which I don't really like, but thats what the texture and quality should be for donuts if it is fresh made.
If this owner can make the improvement, may get 5 stars...
Read moreVisiting family for Easter, and came here looking for coffee cake and donuts to nosh on following Sunday Easter service. A bit hard to find as my GPS directed me past it’s location; plus no visible sign to see that it’s in the shopping center with Albertson’s. All that aside, I had purchased a dozen assorted donuts. They are delicious. The cost was a bit pricey having paid over $31 after tax. Only other wish that would be nice is a bigger case that clearly marked the selections; and to have a selection of coffee cakes. Not many bakeries do that. If I’m back in town I will keep this place in...

The burrito was well packed, delicious and worth the buy. The donuts were tasty as well. Definitely enjoyed my visit and will come again the next time I'm...
