Stonegate Park — Attraction in Irvine

This is another beautiful park in Irvine. It is very convenient since it's in my hood, located near Stonegate elementary school. This park, I believe is public but it's located with the Stonegate community. Like all Irvine park it is questionable if majority of the people in this park are even from Irvine. There are smaller parks in this community but this the only park where everyone drives too. While the residents walk to the other parks. You know those annoying bikers that take up more than the bike lane on weekend rides. Yes, I've seen them here. I'm not saying that people aren't welcome. I'm just saying I'm thinking the guest to resident ratio is very high. And I'm sure this review might even increase that number. Oh well, I guess its a sacrifice. Besides as long as someone is using the park the HOA fees are worth it. This park has a nice baseball field, soccer, tennis courts, and basketball courts but no pool. This is a very nice community park. Theey have basketball courts, tennis courts and a volleyball court. The restrooms are open to the public and clean. It has a small parking lot and street parking.
