Came here with my family not too long ago and the 1 thing that happened that really bothered me was the slow service. The funny thing was, they weren't even busy at the time. There were only 2 people seated together in the dining room aside from my party of 7. We ordered 2 pizzas, a salad and some hot wings. The 2 pizzas did not come out together and there was a good 15 to 20 minute wait for us to finally get our 2nd pizza served. The 1st pizza was gobbled up in no time at all, and then because we had to wait so long for the 2nd pizza to come out, all of us were sitting there with no pizza to help ourselves to.
The other thing I had a huge problem with was the price I had to pay for (8) of the smallest hot wings I've ever seen. I was charged a whopping $14.00 which included the sales tax for those tiny things! Buffalo Wings by comparison has a special going on right now where with any hamburger purchase, you can get an order of (6) hot wings for $1.00. It doesn't take a genius to figure out which deal between the 2 mentioned above, is a lot better than the other.
At least the (2) pizzas were pretty good although pretty pricey though. If you ever decide to go to this place, I would highly recommend you place your order on-line or over the phone. We simply just walked in from off the street and I do believe they give priority to the call-in customers for pickup over walk-in customers.
*Whatever you do, "DO NOT" purchase any hot wings or you'll be a victim of "Highway...
Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at First Class Pizza. I had high hopes, but those were quickly dashed by the abysmal service and unprofessional staff.
First, I placed my order and expected a reasonable wait time. However, after waiting for an excruciating hour and fifteen minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza. Not once did anyone from the staff bother to inform me about the delay or provide any updates. It felt like I was being completely ignored, and my presence as a customer did not matter at all.
When I finally approached the staff to inquire about my order, I was shocked by their rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they acted as if I was the problem for asking. Their unprofessionalism was astounding, making an already bad situation even worse.
To top it all off, the pizza, when it eventually arrived, was mediocre at best. After such a long wait and terrible service, I expected at least a decent meal, but even that was a letdown. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for First Class Pizza.
I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was. The lack of communication, the rude staff, and the subpar food all contribute to this being one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Save your time, money, and patience by choosing a different pizzeria. First Class Pizza is anything but...
Read moreMy friends and I randomly strolled in one day, making fun of the name as we walked up. Walking in the door, the place was well kempt if a bit smallish, and decorous with wood grain tables and sturdy chairs. Tvs with sports hung from many a wall, and over it all a delicious aroma of pizza. Ordering was a breeze; they took their time cooking it up even though it wasn't crowded. The pie was worth the wait however; boy was it. The crust was crispy without being sogged with grease. The toppings piled high like a shrine to the pizza god. The cheese oozed endlessly so that two hands became necessary to take a bite. The stomach started to peg its full needle, but the pizza lust would not abate. The sauce, the toppings and crust created a heavenly sensation on the tongue that could only be sustained with more mouthfuls.
Until the end, when all that remained were scatterings of fallen toppings on the plate, it was a decadent journey to shut out the world. I sat back a sated beast. By the time we walked out the door, we looked back on that sign, "First Class,' and solemnly accepted the truth of it. Bravo guys.
We've gone back since, and it was just as good. Prices are indeed more than you'd find at a bigger pizza chain, but if you enjoy good food, it's totally reasonable for Irvine and completely...
