THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This office has no since or urgency. Very unprofessional and have the attitude of fast food restaurant employee. I called today to see why balance was higher than normal. The agent KAY is the one I had the most disrespect from, when I asked her why the balance is different from my regular billing. She had the audacity to fix her paper thin lips to say “The balance is what it is” with a direct attitude. When I asked why she had an attitude she transferred the call to another agent. That agent was able to be professional and answer my questions (to my surprise someone here can do what they get paid to do) This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this office. They double charged me one time and told me I had to wait 5-10 business for a refund. Another time I called to add a new debit card for auto pay. It was NEVER added and I was calling to see why they haven’t charged my card and all I kept hearing was it was in under writing. At that time it had already been 3 weeks. So then they finally found notes on where I called to add a new debit card. And Tammy at the time advised me she wasn’t sure why she didn’t add it but then also made an excuse “the system didn’t take the card” These older ladies should retire! They have no idea, I mean absolutely no idea what they are doing. OPEN YOUR POLICY WITH ANY OTHER OFFICE BUT THIS ONE!!! I am switching offices asap! I hated to even give them 1 star!! Kay- you should work on your people skills and work on being professional. You should maybe consider treating people the way you want...
Read moreI have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Multiple vehicles with multiple drivers throughout my years along with rental coverage. I have had nothing but awesome customer service from the team at Dan Garber. From Tammy, with Kay and now my new connection, Jennifer. I’m not sure if I have ever been a challenging customer of theirs, but I will say, they have taken care of every concern I have ever had with immediate attention. Explains why I have stayed. Thank you Dan Garber Team :-) And thank you Jennifer. You’ve done an amazing job taking care of me and my family when Tammy retired from Dan Garber. And Kay, thank you, you’ve been there throughout it all.
July 18, 2025 I was hoping to find a way to add a second review. Google states I can only add to the current review I originally posted. Again, Jennifer has gone above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. I have a 21 year old granddaughter who was blowing up my phone while I was at work the other day wanting to know how long it would take to get her added to my policy so she could drive one of the vehicles I have. Jennifer had just returned from a week off but she diligently handled the situation as a top priority. I realized just how much of a pain I could be looking back on all the emails I sent Jennifer that day. As always, Jennifer has treated me with a gentle touch. She puts a smile on my face that day by making this 21 year old a happy person :-) Thank...
Read moreAt first, I was very satisfied with my choice of auto insurance. This particular State Farm office seemed to have very kind and approachable staff. I had multiple issues with my catalytic converter in December and February as it was stolen from under my vehicle twice. My auto insurance helped me through both of these incidents in a timely manner. 5 months later I received an email stating that I had been dropped from the coverage for 5 claims made within the past 3 years. 4 of those were related to dealing with my catalytic converter.
I understand that this is a business that relies on not having to pay out claims in order to generate revenue, but if it's not out of the realm of possibility that someone can have 2 major issues happen with their vehicle that would require multiple claims. I cannot recommend that anyone use this insurance if they can foresee themselves using their insurance for events outside of their control. There may be other insurance companies that take in the human circumstances of the claims and not just the dollar amount, and I would suggest that anyone research those before going choosing to go with State Farm. In the event that catalytic converter theft happens to you, State Farm will only be there if it's cost advantageous for them to do so. They are not like a good neighbor. They are a neighbor that sees you as a...
