This is my second time visiting this location and the staff is absolutely terrible. They blatantly ignore customers waiting in the front lobby. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was just an off day but I went back today and experienced the exact same thing. There are ordering kiosk at the front but there is also a register. I personally ordered online but other people there couldn’t figure out the kiosk for what they wanted so they proceeded to the register where several employees in the back could clearly see someone standing but ignored them. I got the attention of the staff only by being loud to say “excuse me, they need help”. They even directed the person back to the kiosk to order even after the person explained what the issue was but offered zero assistance to help them work the kiosk and never offered to take their order at the register. Another patron of the restaurant helped the customer. Today I again had to get loud to have someone come and acknowledge the people needing help at the front. This is a newer store and to see such terrible service is a shame. I really hope the corporate office does a surprise visit to see the terrible service customers are receiving so changes...
Read moreUnderstaffed, so we (and others) watched our order sit behind a plexiglass window and nobody would multi task and come call numbers or bring the food where we could get it ourselves. Not kidding 15 min watching our food sit there. Team only worked drive thru while many lunchtime inside customers sat. Then the order was finally given to us and the classic was missing extra pickles (none) and mayo (none). Went to counter and they say they have no pickles. We also got part of someone else's order so they must have gotten the missing parts of ours. We paid $20 to drink 2 large cokes on the way home because the Popeyes classic sandwich isn't good cold, and our sides weren't all there. Btw, the classico with no mayo or pickles isn't yummy at all. Also a cold classic isn't crispy, its just tough. First world problem and I donated my lunch...
Read moreWaited in drive thru line for five minutes without acknowledgment from an employee (meanwhile the second drive thru line is moving and cars are waiting behind me) and when I finally decided to just pull up to the window and ask what was going on the employee at the window immediately got crazy defensive, blamed ME for the miscommunication, and told me he can’t even take my order and that I would have to circle around and get back in line. (Why would anyone get back in line after being told they’re a problem, like for real?) I have never had such a poor customer service experience - I’ll literally just go to Chick Fil A from now on because at least they actually want my money?? Judging from the rest of these reviews though, it looks like I dodged a bullet through this experience so hey at least...
