After driving past the restaurant many times, we finally decided to enter and dine-in, a couple of weeks back. The restaurant is very clean & simple and was empty. We ordered Chicken Dum Biriyani (Family pack-spicy) and Chicken 65. We somehow had an instinct that the food will be good, because of the overall feeling when we entered the restaurant. And it is fantastic.
Taste & Flavor: 5 stars Appearance: 5 stars Quantity: 5 stars Price: 5 stars Satisfaction: One Hundred Percent.
We again had the exact same dishes on New Year's Eve, after which I'm sitting down to write the review. A little background: we are born & raised in Hyderabad and Biriyani lovers.
Taste & Flavor - Biriyani: It is perfect. I felt like that when I had my first bite and my last bite, just a few minutes back. I do believe that they have arrived at the recipe after a great deal of research, because it is a bit unique. I also believe that they make the Biriyani with a lot of care and focus, because of its sheer authentic flavors and the aroma. When I first took a bite out of the chicken piece, I just fell in love with how beautifully it is marinated. Just so even and the right amount. The size of the pieces is perfect too. Their Salan has the best taste, again a bit unique.
Taste and Flavor - Chicken 65: It is perfect. The size and shape of the pieces is just right. The magical touch is the garnishing of tiny garlic pieces on the top. It adds that solid touch.
I've a request to the Restaurant: Please do not ever change the recipe of the Chicken Biriyani and please be always consistent with its authenticity.
Thanks to everyone at 'What The Biriyani'! Please continue doing the awesome job that you guys are doing.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and the atmosphere set the stage for a memorable meal. The highlight of my experience was not just the food itself, but the personalized service. Chef Tej went above and beyond—when I mentioned the chicken and mutton dishes I was craving, he prepared them exactly to my taste. It’s rare to find a chef who takes the time to understand and recommend recipes in such a thoughtful way, and the result was outstanding. The chicken dishes were tender, perfectly spiced, and full of flavor, while the mutton recipes were rich, hearty, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected authentic Indian flavors and the chef’s attention to detail. Portions were generous, making it excellent value for the quality.
The service throughout the evening was attentive but not overbearing. The staff checked in often to ensure everything was perfect, and I genuinely felt cared for as a guest. Overall, Nizam’s Kitchen combines flavorful food with warm hospitality. Chef Tej’s passion for cooking shines through in every dish, and his willingness to create customized recipes makes the dining experience truly special. If you love Indian non-vegetarian food—especially chicken and mutton—I highly recommend visiting and letting Chef Tej surprise you with...
