Rainbow Shops — Attraction in Irvington

Nicest rainbow in the area I've been to. Their plus size section has alot more than the others do and they keep it so neat and clean. One thing that was a huge negative was that while in the store, this one lady that worked there was following me and my friend throughout the whole damn store! Didn't ask if we needed help with anything or nothing. Just follower and eyeballed me and my friend. That was very uncomfortable and frustrating so we just left. It was early in the morning, and nobody else was there, what were we going to do? I originally was going to the value zone over there in valley Fair and was surprised to see the rainbow there. Disgusting!! Went for a exchange with my receipt the cashier was rude and asked the manager if a new policy took place for over 30 days and then showed me a paper with no date stating when the policy took into effect! As I was staring at the older policy in my face displayed on top of the counter! And the manager told me I am not honoring your recipient wich is 3 days over the 30 days they both claim the “new” policy began! Very rude and does not honor the customer is always right rule! I went into the store to exchange a turtle neck black shirt and the blonde Spanish girl was like oh we can’t take this it’s from online, it has no tag. I forgot my card at home, but it was like they did not want to help anyone. The customer service was horrible. I will be going to another rainbow, with my card. Please be aware that I guess it was too early in the morning for them, if you don’t like your job maybe you should not be working because your attitude gives people negative energy of not coming back to the store.
