White Castle Total: $259.43 Conversation with GrubHub customer service - I know usually customers don't complain when food is early, but I ordered for my agency and lunch starts at 12:15. This order will be 30-45 minutes early and ice cold by the time we get to eat. This is not good! AL - Marissa B. I do apologize for the inconvenience it caused you. Please let me take a look. The restaurant is around the corner, I have no idea why they would send so early... AL - Marissa B. I'll make sure to have your concern documented on this ticket. I understand this wasn't the experience you expected, and I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We will work to improve the service. And the food is coming in the door now, 45 minutes too soon...over $200 down the drain as we have nowhere to reheat that much food... Nothing came in the cases, everything was bagged up. At least having a closed container may have saved us, but this is just ridiculous... No resolution from Grubhub other than sorry, my bad, we'll try calling the restaurant to ask why they did that... But who at White Castle thought you should send a scheduled order out that early and why?? It's clearly not a house with this big of an order. I ask this women to stop yelling at me because I called the impossible burger the beyond burger. I ask for a peach lemonade. She said we got pink. When I get to the window, Which lemonade did I get lol peach after she said we dont have that. Before she replied to anything she needed to just ask some else who work there before telling me what they dont have. After telling her to to stop yelling at me she said im not yelling and got louder omg. To work customer service job they should be able to have patience with people. She should not be on anyone's drive through . She need a no talking position. This was around 11ish pm. Please inform impossible and beyond are different brands but they are meatless patties. It is not the number 1 just because I said the wrong name it does not mean I want a number...
Read moreI placed my order through the drive thru. When I reached my house the one thing I went for was not in the bag. I walked in my house to a disappointed face. I grabbed the receipt and drove back to White Castle. Only to go inside and be greeted by a young lady with a bad attitude. She takes my receipt and lays it on the counter for the lady making burgers to look at stating that I said I was missing two items. The lady making the burgers made two sandwiches and places them on the counter. While waiting I ordered a drink. The rude young girl places the two burgers on the counter and pointed me in the direction of my drink (which she took the order for and made). I didn't understand why she couldn't hand it to me after making it. Anyway this review is low due to POOR customer service. Not one time was I given an apology for being inconvenienced. No apology at all! Oh and my food was cold so I didn't get to eat what I purchased...
