Talbots Outlet — Attraction in Jackson Township

I have spent hundreds of dollars in the store but today after how the employees have treated me I decided to never return. The store supposed to be open until 8pm. Today the staff decided to close at 6pm. I walked in at 545pm and pretty much greeted with a dirty look and a first sentence out of her mouth is to let me know the dressing rooms are closed already and they are closing the store in 10minutes . I was trying to be friendly and asked why and how to things are going when I was literally told if I want the store to be open longer hours I can go online and apply for a job. I walked around thinking I would find something quick since I had a coupon that is expiring tomorrow ( and I can’t return ), but I couldn’t find anything that I could have purchased without trying it on. Conveniently located within Jackson Premium Outlets . Going to Talbots first time . Wanted to see the quality and dresses for my wife . It was ok. 👍 service could be better . was good . Lots of parking outside . There are some food trucks outside and a coffee shop inside this outlet mall.

Manager seemed nice but the middle aged lady was nasty. If she's so unhappy, she shouldn't be working there! Would it hurt to try to smile at your customers instead of snapping at them?
