I was recommended to go into this shop to look for an engagement ring for my son to give to his girlfriend. I was treated HORRIBLY! I told the man what I was looking for and he said “you don’t want that!” I told him yes he does! And he got rude with me. The 3 stones are very meaningful to them and the one stone which is an opal is my soon to be daughter in laws fathers birth stone who recently took his own life. So for this rude man to tell me not to get a specific ring because engagement rings are special and supposed to last a lifetime, this ring is more special than some cookie cutter thing that you probably would of tried to sell to them. I will Never recommend this store to anyone or step foot...

I brought in a ring to be resized, and the gentleman that helped us was great. The price was stated, and I got a call that my ring was ready, 48 hours later.
