Tan Yer Hide Salon — Local services in Jackson

7/27/22 Normally very happy with this tanning salon. I have a paid monthly membership & have been unable to use services going on 2 weeks now. Sign says closed. No one answers phone or returns calls. Very frustrating. Update 8/2/22 still no phone call and doors still closed. Only contact is owner’s reply to above review. Can only assume they sold the business which is why no communication while sale is pending. I would like a refund and my automatic payments stopped. I deleted all my social media otherwise I would be messaging the owner Bill directly.Update 8/30/22 still no communication with business. It’s been more than a month now so there goes my theory it was sold. You would think they would resolve whatever is going on by now. Not off to a great start. Joined for a month to try it out about 3 weeks ago. Bought some product as well. Paid ahead for a month of unlimited, and was only able to visit two times in the first week, and now 3 weeks in and nobody is there, or answering the phone.
