Beauty By Nena — Attraction in Jacksonville

Nena is incredible at doing lashes! However, my ombre brows are not symmetrical, each brow is a different shape, and the pigment is too dark even after almost a year. Thankfully, I found another esthetician that is currently working on correcting my uneven brows. It’s an additional $600 that I didn’t plan on spending. When I initially reached out to Nena about the issue, I was flabbergasted because she was instantly defensive and blamed me for the discrepancy in her work. She didn’t even recommend coming back to her so she could correct the issue. Honestly, I experienced poor customer service and no effort to rectify the issue. I totally understand, we all have good and bad days but offering to correct my botched brows would have went a long way. I still think she is mostly great at what she does and was just having an “off” day...

I loveeeddd my experience with her ... she’s very professional and she knows how to communicate as well .. i was in a accident 2 previous days before my appointment and i advised her that my neck was hurting and she offeredme a neck pillow .. which was nice because she made sure i was comfortable. I Still have my minks on and they are lasting longer then the other people i have went to .. i will definitely go back and see her as soon as i get time .. i recommend you go and see...

I've been going to nena for a long time and she is the absolute best at what she does compared to anyone in Jacksonville! Nena takes pride in her work and it shows. Not only is she extremely careful and delicate with my eyes, but the finished product is always PERFECT. Shes worth every penny I've spent. And might i add, her services are a LUXURY service, if you cant afford her, then go get your eyelashes torn out by someone who doesnt know what...
