Daily’s Place Amphitheater is truly one of Jacksonville’s crown jewels when it comes to live entertainment. Nestled right next to TIAA Bank Field, this venue offers an unbeatable concert experience that blends modern design, high energy, and southern hospitality in the best way possible. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that Daily’s Place is meticulously maintained. The grounds are spotless, the architecture is sleek and open, and the seating—whether you’re front row or in the back—is thoughtfully arranged to give every guest a great view of the stage. The amphitheater’s partially covered canopy structure not only provides shade and protection from the elements but adds a unique, airy vibe to the concert experience. The acoustics are phenomenal, making every note ring out crystal clear across the space. What truly sets Daily’s Place apart, though, is the staff. Every encounter with an usher, concession worker, or security team member was met with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Whether it was assisting guests to their seats, helping navigate the food and drink options, or offering directions with warmth and patience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness add a layer of comfort that’s rare at venues of this size. And of course, the lineup of talent that graces the stage year-round is nothing short of incredible. Daily’s Place consistently brings in a diverse and high-caliber selection of artists—from country legends and rock icons to up-and-coming indie acts and crowd-pleasing pop stars. Their calendar is packed with something for everyone, and the energy of the crowd reflects the excitement these artists bring to Jacksonville. Daily’s Place isn’t just a venue—it’s an experience. The combination of pristine facilities, top-tier service, and a dynamic artist lineup makes it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike. Whether it's your first show or your tenth, each visit feels special. If you’re looking for the perfect night out with incredible live music, Daily’s Place delivers every time.

(EDIT: other than water there are zero items in the snack store that are sugar free and there are no 0% alcohol beers. I find this more and more unacceptable)
The seating is very easy to navigate which is nice but the acoustics are absolutely terrible so where you sit is very important.
IN GENERAL: Sitting directly in the center is best as is in most places but the 2 sections all the way to each side regardless of how far from the stage, the sound is terrible. Just off to the sides of center where the sounds from each side of the stage meet can also be difficult due to the echoes. So straight on, or 1/3 on either side avoiding the 2 sections on each end.
THE TOP: Can really be a steal if you get a rail seat. Nothing to impede your view and usually the cheapest tickets. Can get some sound issues here because of how the ceiling projects the echo but its not too bad when they have the sound set right. In both the middle upper and thr upper sections, the further you go up, thr more of an echo there is. So its 1st 2 rows or nothing for me.
THE BOTTOM: The section below the walkway and down are fantastic seats. The same general rules of 1/3 and avoid the edges apply but the closer you get, the less you hear the echoes.
THE MIDDLE: By middle Im referring to the bottom that leads up from the walkway underneath the 2 tip sections. These can be some of my favorite seats. If you're in the 1st 4 rows you can have a shortened row (6 people) but its only worth it to row G. At row F, the overhang from above is just enough overhead where it echoes. If the people behind you are talking like they were behind me at thr Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds concert, the people behind you will be louder than the show. Thats true regardless of how loud the show your watching is. So stay below Row G.

Read morePoor sound quality even from 5th row seats in100's sections. Band tried to compensate by turning the volume up- it was so loud people were holding their ears. When my husband tried to grab some earplugs we happened to have on the truck he was told no reentry even though they were sold out and my son was crying cuz his ears hurt! They won't give you ice or water despite 100 degree heat with your seats in direct sunlight and no airflow. You must buy water for $11 from the store, the bars won't give it to you. Gave in and bought a single drink as I didn't want to wait in line again and asked for it in a tall glass so I'd get more ice and selzer and they refused that too, said it was against policy and I'd have to pay for a double! Extremely irresponsible for a venue to force alcohol down peoples throats while straight out denying extra mixers and even water if you get too drunk or ice for the florida heat. Pretty sure in summer that place is an ambulance fest. Cashgrabs everywhere, only venue I've ever been to where they will not even allow you to ATTEMPT to meet the band without a vip bracelet. I was treated like a criminal for even asking for my 10 year old son. Inside they gently insinuated they'd have to call security if we waited by the door and when I tried to find someone more reasonable outside the guy actually slammed the door in my face and locked it after telling me no. The main story from the bartenders and aisle attendants and anyone who had to tell me no over what is usually considered a reasonable request was that they were being watched on camera and they'd lose their jobs. Sounds like a great place to work! I really wish this venue was never built as we still got the good bands we just watched them in st augustine where we get treated...
